The Hourly Rate: $110 / hour (Best for tech set ups, troubleshooting and training sessions). Includes 2 free support material. (Extra support material available, enquire for pricing)
PEACE OF MIND MEMBERSHIP
WHAT YOU PAY
👉 You agree to pay $59 on the 1st day of every month.
👉 This fee is securely and automatically charged to your card.
👉 There are no hidden fees or surprise lock-in contracts.
👉 You can cancel this membership at any time with 14 days' notice.
WHAT IS INCLUDED EVERY MONTH
✅ PRIORITY PHONE HELP: You get one 30-minute phone or remote-screen support session per month for quick fixes (e.g. password resets).
✅ SCAM CHECK: You can send me any suspicious text messages or
emails, and we will check if they are safe for you to open.
✅ NEXT-DAY SERVICE: If your Wi-Fi or printer stops working completely, we guarantee to book an in-home visit for you within 24 business hours. (Billed at our discounted member rate of $80 per hour if outside your regular maintenance visit)
✅ REGULAR MAINTENANCE: We will visit you in person once every 3 months to clean your devices, install updates, and make sure everything is running safely and fast.
✅ Additional 2 free support materials per visit.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
❌ major hardware fixes (like replacing a physically cracked iPad screen).
❌ In-home visits that last longer than your standard included
quarterly maintenance check. Extra time is billed at our discounted
member rate of $80 per hour.
